Our return policy is as follows:

Warranty: 2 year parts and labor for defective merchandise associated with manufacturing. Product to be returned to Levelok Corporation, 21425 Urdahl Rd NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370, shipping pre-paid, with a copy of the original receipt. Repaired or replacement product will be returned to customer, shipping pre-paid, within 14 days after receipt of defective merchandise to our facility.

In regard to customers who are not satisfied with the product, accidentally ordered the wrong item or decided not to use the product, we ask that the product be returned in a “re-sellable”, and “re-shippable” condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns of this nature. DO NOT return product before receiving an RMA number from Levelok Corp. The RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) will be assigned after contact between customer and Levelok to determine the best course of action for any specific return. Upon receipt of an RMA#, the product should be returned, shipping pre-paid, to Levelok Corp. In the event it is not in re-shippable or re-sellable condition, we will need to charge for one or more of the following, in terms of material and labor costs:

  1. Re-packaging
  2. Product cleaning
  3. Re-labeling

If it is determined by Levelok that the product cannot be re-sold due to excessive scratching, dents, dings, etc., with no manufacturing defects, it will be shipped back to the customer without a refund. If this should occur, customer will be responsible for shipping charges before item is shipped back. If shipping charges for item are not paid within 30 days, the item will be destroyed.

No returns will be accepted beyond 60 days following the date product was shipped to any customer, except for products that may be considered defective and apply to Levelok’s warranty.

Return Instructions:

Any product being returned to LeveLok for any reason (either warranty or dissatisfaction) MUST follow these steps:

1. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from LeveLok. To request an RMA number, contact us by e-mail, fax or Postal Mail, as shown on the
Contact page.

NOTE: No RMAs will be issued over the phone.

2. Once you have obtained your RMA number, carefully pack the product in a sturdy shipping box, and INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

3. RECORD THE RMA NUMBER PROMINENTLY on the outside of the shipping carton, on or near the shipping label.

4. Ship the package, pre-paid, to:
